Reconstruction of the landfill of the 150th motorized rifle division in the Rostov region

Task: To perform vertical installation of sandwich panels and roof
Implementation:
As part of the project for the construction of a military unit of the 150th Infantry Idritsko-Berlin Order of the Kutuzov division, Arlift’s equipment company needed to produce:

• vertical installation of sandwich panels from 1.7 to 4 meters long,
• installation of roof panels up to 9.5 meters long.

Under the required work, it was decided to use the "ammunition" vacuum capture ARLIFTER SP-4 and ARLIFTER GS-750.

Vacuum gripper ARLIFTER SP-4 is capable of mounting the roof, horizontal and vertical mounting of sandwich panels weighing up to 1000 kg and up to 26 meters long in all weather conditions.

ARLIFTER GS-750 not only assembles sandwich or roof panels, but also glass weighing up to 750 kg, has in its configuration a weighing bracket that allows you to keep it in a perfectly vertical position.
