Construction of the plant "Metal Profile" in the Rostov region

Implementation: Metal Profile Company is the largest Russian manufacturer of wall and roofing materials and sandwich panels.
Metal Profile has been a partner of ARLIFT for many years. Taking the leading place on the sandwich panel production market, Metal Profile entrusts the installation of its products to professional equipment - ARLIFT vacuum grippers, which, in turn, have the status of “No.1 in Russia and the CIS”.
As part of the construction of the Plant, located on an area of 14,500 square meters, ARLIFT vacuum grippers completed installation of roof panels for sandwich panels and metal tile production lines.
To solve the problem, the vacuum capture ARLIFTER SP-4 was used for the installation of wall and roof panels with a length of up to 26 meters.
The works were completed within 45 days, the area of 14,500 square meters was fully assembled. As always, the work was done promptly and efficiently! And this is quite understandable - the equipment of production ARLIFT, the leader of small-sized equipment in Russia and the CIS countries, worked at the facility in the Rostov region.
ARLIFTER SP-4 vacuum gripper is able to work in any conditions, it is not afraid of frost and torrential rains, its load capacity is 1000 kg, and the presence of a remote control and a weight distribution bracket facilitate the work on the site.
