Application (letter of guaranty) on performance maintenance works as well as on repair works, inspection, fault detection of machinery (equipment)
Authorized representative of Customer must possesse a document confirming her authorities (i.e. letter of attorney, order etc.) and submit it to Executer after the works completion. In case of absence of indicated document Executor has the right not to perform the works on maintenance.
